The camp site in the town Sauðárkrókur is located next to the swimming pool.

A new service house is located next to the campsite, which has hot
and cold water, showers, toilets, and we also have good access for
disabled. A washing machine and dryer are available upon asking the
wardens. It is also possible to connect to electricity and to dispose
of waste from mobile homes.
The site is furthermore only a short walking distance from museums,
supermarkets, banks, restaurants and cafes.
The campsites in Varmahlid, Saudarkrokur and Hofsos are cooperating and guests are welcome to use additional day discount between these sites, just show the receipt from other campsites.
