The camp site Ásbrandsstaðir is well located in east Iceland, only about 8 km from the town Vopnafjörður.
The camp site is divided in two parts. One part is a gras area with electricity and the other one is a gravel area with electricity. The camp site has a service house with two toilets and a shower. There is a kitchen with cooking facilites, oven, cooler, sandwich grill, coffee maker and kitchen utilities. There are tables and chairs with a smaller childrens table.
The camp site has a playground with a trampoline and more for the kids.
Rates 2025
Adults no Electricity (18-67 years old): 1.800 ISK.
Adults with Electricity (18-67 years old): 2.200
Elderly / Disaabled: 1.200 ISK.
Children, 12 – 17 years old: 1200 kr.
Children, 0 – 11 years old: Free
