We are located next to the beautyful waterfall Skógafoss. In the next neighborhood you can visit Skógasafn, one of the best folk museum in Iceland, take a walk up with the river or go all the way to Þórsmörk, one of the most visited hike in Iceland. It is easy to take day tours f.e. to the Westman Islands or to Vík and The black Beach
The campsite is situated in South Iceland just few minutes from the Skógafoss waterfall. It is possible to camp in tents, vans or caravans all year round. Reservations are not required.
Unfortunately there is no inside area for campers. When we have a lot of rain and in off season times we do ask people to keep the cars on the gravel and not on the grass to take care of the nature.
